If a company chooses to work with EKS PRODUCTIONS on their advertising, we will help them to choose the agency most suited to their needs and help them prepare the agency contract. If a commercial is to be produced,
their advertising agency and the company will decide on the production company and the director with our guidance. They will authorise EKS PRODUCTIONS as the executive producers and we will prepare the production company contract either with the company lawyers or our lawyers. With the contract a special budget form for the company and/or the film will be also prepared by us. The budget will be made by the production company on our format and the contract will be signed with the production company. EKS PRODUCTIONS will study the budget and remind the production company, if any item is missing or underestimated, as well as pointing out items, which are overestimated. We will work with the producer and the director, to reduce these items to the desired figures, guiding the production company to achieve these goals. In the next stage, the production will be controlled to establish that all is done properly and no preparation goes missing during the pre-production period. Items like, locations and cast will be audited for quality as well as price. During the shooting period and the post production, we will be auditing all expenses and the schedule, making sure the film is completed within the budget. We will then file a report to the company with all the copies of invoices and receipts of the expenditure. We GUARANTEE a minimum of % 30 reduction in your film production budget with this service of ours.
